My Aurora 8'2' w/Espira M元000SE 10lb test, and my Jiggwinner 7'10' w/Espira ML 3500 12lb test. I fished in one place the whole time using two outfits, and 3 lures. I'm a level 20 angler looking to make my way to the Everglades for fishing here on FP for the first time. Should I downgrade my gear? I will have a hard time if I have to because I spent all my money in the better gear for my level (25). I myself just came off a 3 day expedition to the Everglades, and was without a doubt, the most succesful trip to Florida to date. Fellow anglers, I've a not-so quick question for you all. For all of 3 seconds tops the guages flash blue.
I then get a bit of a win and start reeling him in, get him in to 40m. My main problem now is the xp, I'm getting very low xp in part because my gear is overpowered for the zone since I read that you need equipement for big fish, there are some big fishes but the largemouth is not that big, some unique near 5kg but that's it. He charges round like an idiot for a good 5-10 minutes, spooling me out from 30m to 56m. I've seen some guides and I'm on some good spots, sometimes i get a fish in all my rods at the same time and I have not time to get them all.
I'm getting 70kg of largemouth every 45 minutes thats around 10000. Would highly recommend if you reach lvl 40, to just buy the Amazon Carnival pack, will save you a lot of time. Yeah I'm realizing is way faster than walleye, with walleye it took me around 2 hours to get 70kg an that was about 14000 credits.
